    After the flood All Drywall removed, All Doorframes removed The area of water intrusion was treated with Benefact Botanical Decon 30 Areas that still showed the presence of water intrusion were hand sanded and painted. The electric service was replaced with a new 200amp service. All electrical outlets were replaced. The bathroom cabinets were replaced. All doors and door frames were removed and discarded. New doors and frames are waiting to be installed. All sewer and water lines are to be inspected and replaced if necessary. The roof was inspected and no damage recorded. All air conditioning is to be inspected. It has been fully remediated and the wall studs have all been treated with Benefect Botanical Decon 30 Disinfectant Cleaner and is currently being remodeled to be completed in April 2025.
